Robert Oberst, 6’8”, 375lbs, is a Professional Strongman and American Log Press World Record Holder. With an easy start in Strongman, he tried it out for fun on the recommendation of a friend and ended up breaking the Amateur log press record first time out. Six months later, he won his Pro card at the Dallas Europa. Five time World’s Strongest Man competitor, and two time World’s Strongest Man finalist, he has fast tracked a name for himself in strength athletics. In 2013 he went undefeated as the National Champion in MAS Wrestling. He is best known for the perfect mix of his size, strength, personality, and comedic nature. Robert lives in Texas, and has been hailed as The American Monster from the very beginning. For Robert Oberst, this has never been just a game, or a hobby. This is, and always has been, a way of life. He’s best described in his very own words, and if you ask him, he’ll say them loud and proud: “STRONG and PRETTY” .
